Due to contractual reasons with our clients, we do not accept returns and refunds of purchased items in principle. 

However, unopened items in their original condition can be refundable when returned within 15 days of delivery. 

Please note that you will be responsible for shipping fees, remittance charges, and/or other expenses unless a defective product.

Return procedures cannot be done on our website. Please contact us through e-mail or call us before returning an item or claiming a refund. 

Upon receiving the returned items, we will provide you with a refund for the price through the payment methods you had selected when placing your order or replacement. 

If the item ordered is different from the item you receive, please contact us and we can arrange to get you the desired product.

Please note that if you return an item without contacting us first, we will not be able to identify you or verify conditions, thus we may not be able to give a refund. 

In the e-mail, please include your name, your order number, the item code you want to cancel, charged amount from order, full name and situation of order which the statement is addressed to and issue.. 

And also for security and verification reasons, please contact us by using the same e-mail address registered for your account.

Every return MUST have a Return Authorization number, allowing to track your return and for properly crediting your return.

Failure to meet the above conditions could result in denial of return or a restocking fee.

Note:

You must contact us in advance and obtain a Return Authorization number when returning an item. 

We cannot refund discounted items, set items, sales or similar special offers.

Returns made without prior authorization will be denied. In this case we will not be able to pay for the item to be shipped back to you.

Before returning any item, please read these policies:

Vinyl + DVD + Media return:

ALL vinyl, dvd, media sales are considered final and returns are not accepted. 

If your record is warped, they CAN NOT be returned. Many records are pressed with slight imperfections from warpage, coloring and poor stocking conditions by manufacturer.

The issue can be fixed by holding down the center of the record, flexing the edges the opposite direction of the warpage and repeat this while rotating on the turntable. This should allow the record to fix itself to a working condition. 

Make sure to test the record and repeat to better condition.

If you received a damaged package, you have 5 days after 

All International orders, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs for products returned to us.

Hardware and Clothing Returns:

You have 15 days from delivery to be able to return for a refund of the purchase price, store credit, or exchange for another product.

Defective hardware:

In case there is a manufacturer's defect, we will provide you with either a full refund or a replacement once returned. 

All claims must be made within 15 days of delivery. 

Please provide a detailed description of the item and its condition.

Unfortunately, should the respective item be out of stock we cannot exchange it, but will provide a refund in full.

If the product is defective after 15 days, you will need to contact the manufacturer. Products are usually covered for US Domestic customers only.

Please make sure the product has warranty coverage in your specified country before purchase. 

All International orders, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs for products returned to us.

All other Miscellaneous Products and terms

Any other items not listed above are returnable if defective. Products must be in the original state as purchased, unopened and unused.

Free Shipping Items

If your purchase was eligible for our Free Shipping Offer and you are requesting credit or a refund for your products, we will credit or refund you minus the original cost of shipping.

In regards to an exchange and for a different item, regardless of the cost of the product, the costs for the original shipment will be deducted from the initial product cost.

Disclaimer/Right and Refusal/Restocking Fees

All product information, which includes images, weight, and all other details concerning the product, are subject to changes without prior notice. While STOKYO WORLD tries to keep the product information up to date at all times, the information displayed on our website may become outdated.

Similarly, while availabilities are updated everyday, unexpected delays and shortages may occur.

Also in some cases, shipping charges may be subject to change at the time of shipping, such as when actual order weight becomes available, and will be reflected on the charge of the order. Shipping charges may also change due to the carrier we are in relation with have newly updated shipping charges. These will reflect on shipping charges for your order.

Every return must have a Return Authorization and if not will violate STOKYO World's return policy therefore STOKYO World has the right to refuse the return or charge a 15% restocking fee without notice.
