Rentals Terms and Conditions

1. Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement is made between STOKYO, LLC ("Lessor") and the Renter ("Lessee") for the rental of the [Equipment Name] ("Equipment").

2. Rental Period

The rental period begins on the date the Equipment is delivered to the Lessee and ends on the agreed return date. Extensions must be approved by the Lessor in writing.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required. The deposit will be returned upon the Equipment's return in good condition, minus any applicable fees for damages or late returns.

4. Use of Equipment

The Lessee agrees to use the Equipment in a careful and proper manner and to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations related to its use.

5. Maintenance and Care

The Lessee is responsible for maintaining the Equipment in good working condition. Any damage or malfunction should be reported to the Lessor immediately.

6. Loss or Damage

The Lessee is responsible for any loss or damage to the Equipment during the rental period. The cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit.

7. Return of Equipment

The Equipment must be returned by the agreed date in the same condition as it was received. Late returns will incur an additional fee of Equipment daily rate.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 3 days before the rental start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the start date will forfeit the rental fee.

9. Liability

STOKYO, LLC is not liable for any injuries or damages to persons or property arising from the use of the Equipment.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
