3. Once your Record(s) are restored, we will send you a shipping confirmation. The shipping you pay for online is the return to you.

While we make every effort to flatten all records, we cannot guarantee successful restoration in every case. We recently discovered that STYRENE Records can not be flattened, and some Records may be too damaged or warped to fully restore. Please do not ship your styrene Records. If we are unable to restore your Record, we will refund the original service fee. However, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the Record’s owner.
