Dr. Suzuki Mix Edition slipmats in black: a thicker, more controlled 12" mat for mixing and routines, hand built in Japan. If scratch mats feel too slick for blending and cueing, the Mix Edition gives you more grip and stability while still letting records move freely. From Dr. Suzuki, the maker of the D-Styles Tablecloth. Comes as a pair.

About the Mix Edition

Dr. Suzuki has been refining slipmats in Japan for more than 40 years, and the Skratch Edition (and the D-Styles Tablecloth before it) set the standard for turntablists. The Mix Edition is the counterpart for DJs who mostly mix. It's thicker and has more grip than a scratch mat, so the record stays where you put it while you ride the pitch and nudge the platter. You can still scratch on it. For a looser feel, put a slipsheet underneath. It works for any genre, for routines and battles, and with DVS control vinyl for Serato, Rekordbox and Traktor.
