DJ Q-Bert x Shortkut x D-Styles (ISP) : FUGITIVES OF FUNK djay Pro Control Vinyl (Clear Purple 12" Single)

FUGITIVES OF FUNK is a scratch tool record from Invisibl Skratch Piklz members DJ Q-Bert, Shortkut and D-Styles: 16 skipless scratch and drum tracks on Side A, and the official djay control tone on Side B. This is the clear purple 12" pressing, made in Japan by STOKYO.

How it works

• Side A, ISP scratch tools: skipless scratch sounds at 133 and 100 BPM, skipless drums at 133 BPM and a locked groove. Cut, juggle and practice straight from the record.
• Side B, djay control tone: full control of djay from your turntable. Scratch, pitch, cue and mix any track in your library.
• No laptop required: two turntables and an iPhone or iPad is a full DVS setup. When DJ hardware is connected, djay switches to a booth-ready interface automatically.

A message from STOKYO

STOKYO has been working on control vinyl for the past 15 years. From our team of DJs, engineers, material experts, and many more involved, we are finally able to call this the perfect vinyl for DJs.

Through hundreds of test presses, material challenges, global compliances, precession adjustments from the boiler room to the cast, our “Shokunin” ethics is translated straight onto our vinyl.

"It’s been a journey and we are honored and thankful to have the opportunity to release our newest vinyl with such great friends we have known since their humble beginnings. DJs be ready!!!"
