About the album

Released by Motown in December 1969, Diana Ross Presents The Jackson 5 introduced Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon and Michael Jackson from Gary, Indiana. Alongside the original "I Want You Back," the brothers take on the songs they grew up singing: Smokey Robinson's "Who's Loving You," Stevie Wonder's "My Cherie Amour," the Four Tops' "Standing in the Shadows of Love," the Temptations' "(I Know) I'm Losing You," Sly & the Family Stone's "Stand!" and the Delfonics' "Can You Remember." The album spent nine weeks at #1 on the R&B albums chart and was Michael Jackson's first appearance on an LP. This clear orange edition arrives as the group marks 60 years since they started performing.
