About Tatsuro Yamashita:

Tatsuro Yamashita debuted in 1975 with Sugar Babe, releasing the iconic single "DOWN TOWN" and the album SONGS. He went solo in 1976 with CIRCUS TOWN and achieved massive success with the 1980 hit "RIDE ON TIME". His holiday anthem "Christmas Eve" remains Japan’s only Christmas standard, charting for over 30 years. In 2022, Tatsuro released SOFTLY, his first original album in 11 years, which topped the Oricon charts.
